Westlawn Courts is a 3-storey 199-unit residential building located in Edmonton, AB that was constructed in 1982. The building consists of mixed residential units. 3D Energy performed an ASHRAE Level 2 energy audit which determined that Central Manor has an Energy Utilization Index (EUI) of .98 GJ/m², which is 12.5% lower than the median Energy Star EUI for this type of building. After completing a site visit, 3D Energy was able to identify 7 different energy conservation and renewable energy measures. Of the 7 measures analyzed, 3D Energy recommended implementation of 3 measures that would save approximately $22,331 a year with a simple payback of 10 years. These measures included lighting upgrades and natural gas dryers. The remaining conservation measures were not recommended due to a long payback period. If implemented, the recommended ECMs would result in a 26.5% reduction in

electricity consumption and a 5% increase in natural gas consumption. Additionally, this would result in an annual reduction of 116 tons of CO2e, the equivalent to taking approximately 25 cars off the road.
