Peerless Lake K-8 School

Peerless Lake School is to be a 2,460m2 K-8 facility located in the community of Peerless Lake in northern Alberta.

The facility will host 250 staff and students. The project commenced in the fall of 2017 and is expected to be completed in the summer of 2019. The school is to utilize a variable volume, 100% outdoor air system working in conjunction with perimeter radiant panels. VAV boxes are utilized in each space to maintain temperature and ventilation requirements.

Trout Lake K-12 School

Trout Lake School is to be a 5,000 (m2) K-12 facility that will also host the Northern Lakes College.

It is located in the northern community of Trout Lake, Alberta. The project commenced design in fall of 2017 and is expected to be completed for the fall of 2019 and will host 600 staff and students.. The school has standard K-12 classrooms, a high-school science lab, wood shop, commercial kitchen, daycare, and college classrooms with distance learning capabilities. The K-12 school is to utilize a variable volume, 100% outdoor air system with radiant panels used to provide heating to the spaces. The Northern Lakes College is to utilize ventilation air in conjunction with a VRF system.
